Payment, Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

 

We offer free worldwide shipping (via regular airmail) for any order above $70.   

Shipping time for standard airmail is expected to be between 5-12 business days to the US, Canada and the following Western European countries - Germany, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, Spain, Belgium, Netherland, Sweden.  For all other countries, expected shipping time is 14-21 business days.  

You may upgrade to an Express Shipping Service, which is expected to deliver within 2-4 business days to central destinations.  The cost for Express Shipping to the US and Western Europe is $25 (after participation on our part).

For costs to other destinations, please contact us.  

If you are interested in Express Shipping please add the “Express Shipping” item to the cart.

 

Please note that business days do not include weekends (Friday and Saturday in Israel, Saturday and Sunday in most countries) local holidays, and the day of pick up.  In addition, shipping may be delayed due to custom hold up or extreme weather conditions.  

 

Please be aware that we take no responsibility for any applicable import duty, customs and value added taxes (VAT) that may be charged by the country of import. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay all applicable import duty, customs or VAT upon delivery.

 

 

Payment Information

 

Upon checkout, you will be asked to pay via Paypal.  You may pay via Paypal with almost all credit cards.

 

If you wish to pay us directly by credit card over the phone or or by other payment method, please contact us in the the below contact form.  We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Diners & Mastercard.

 

 

Return Policy

 

If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it and receive a full refund (subject to deductions as listed below)).

Returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery, using a shipping service that delivers within 14 days.  Please contact us prior to shipping.  

 

The item must be in its original (new and unused) condition with its tags on.

Please note that there are no returns of personalized items and products specifically produced upon the order of the client.  

 

We will pay you the refund you as soon as we receive the returned products, from which we will deduct accrued credit card commissions of 2.5% (if applicable) and the actual shipping costs paid by us  (our participation in shipping costs varies between $10-$30).     

 

Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Amanda K.
